Those who can make you feel good, who can cheer you up. With people who makes you feel your worth, that you’re important. Also, open yourself to those who have positive outlook in everything, those who’ll go out of their way just to make you feel better. They are contagious.
THIRD, do not blame yourself . It may be a trying time but do not ever blame yourself. Think that whatever will happen, it will be for the better.
FOURTH, forget your pride. Its just normal to feel ashamed, dont dwell on that feeling. Allow your friends or the people around you to help, reach out to them.
FIFTH, move forward. Dream on. Rediscover yourself. Know what you really want, know what makes you happy. Do something new, challenge yourself. After all, its never too late to start again. And despite everything, do not forget, you have the right and you deserve to be happy. :)
